First, you need to look around using your mouse. It will become clear that you’re in a small room with old furniture. You need to exit it to continue exploring the former orphanage and find answers to all the questions. However, you can only leave the room by finding the key that opens the door. To move around the room, press the WASD keys. Be careful not to step in the poison puddles, otherwise, nothing good will happen. Near the door, you’ll find a chest. Approach it and press the E key to open it. Inside, you’ll find a weapon, ammunition, and some medicine. Take all of these items with you. Weapons can be used with the mouse.
