As you begin each level, you’ll see headphones at the starting point of the track. The year they were manufactured will be indicated by an indicator located under the headphones. Left-click on the screen to start the headphones moving forward. At many points along the track, they’ll encounter gates with a specific number of years, months, weeks, or days written on them. Each number will be preceded by a + or – sign. By passing through each of these portals, your headphones can be upgraded or, conversely, degraded for a period of time specified on the portal. The indicator below the headphones will also change. Your goal is to ensure that your headphones reach the finish line as upgraded as possible. The degree of their upgrade will determine the amount of your winnings.
