Each of the mansion’s many rooms will be represented in a separate level of the game. The higher the guy gets, the more guards and all sorts of difficulties await the thief in the location. In each round, a room appears on the screen, viewed from above. The player must carefully examine everything in the room and then devise an escape plan for the thief. If the thief can reach the stairs on the opposite side of the screen, the level will be completed. The character must remain outside the guard’s flashlight. If they enter, the level must be restarted. In some rounds, the character will not only have to hide from the guards but also solve other tasks (for example, collecting keys). The character’s movement through each room is controlled with the mouse.
