Before you choose an asteroid to search for resources, familiarize yourself with the resources, or more precisely, with each mined ore, its composition and cost, and its demand among pirates. Yes, you read that right, pirates, and they will often bother you, especially if they don’t manage to take your ship away on the first try. Speaking of ships, in the corresponding menu you can upgrade your cruiser, increasing its speed and ore transport capacity, as well as its ore grabbing mechanism. Besides ship upgrades, you can also browse the spaceship catalog in the hangar and mark the purchase of a new ship. The next menu item is selecting crew members, their salaries, and skills. The higher the crew member’s skill level, the more they’ll be paid, but for now, settle for one crew member who’s content with your food. Now you can choose an asteroid and set off on your first space exploration, trying to avoid pirates, especially if your ship doesn’t yet have powerful weapons. Before selecting an asteroid, you’ll find a line in its description about the possibility of encountering space pirates. The game is controlled using the mouse.
