For example, the first visitors have gathered at the entrance. Try helping them pass the metal detector, and if something is wrong, take them to the security guard. If everything is fine, take them to the waiting room or to the elevator. In other words, you’ll fulfill the characters’ wishes by moving them around the hospital, following their desires and solving additional tasks along the way. For example, after the eye exam, you’ll end up in the gastroenterologist’s office, where you’ll complete all the necessary procedures and then move on to the next character.
