Hold down the left mouse button and drag the dotted line. Wait for the bar at the bottom to fill with red to indicate the launch distance. Release the button to launch the squid. When it starts falling, tap the ink bar at the top to fly further. If the squid lands on animals, it will ricochet, like off a trampoline, and can fly further. He’ll be lucky if he knocks down as many shells as he can while flying: they’re needed for upgrades. If he falls into a brazier, the round is lost. Upgrade between levels. To do so, tap the “Upgrade” button. Tap the bars next to the various indicators, then pay with shells to upgrade.
