The twins have already woken up, and the first thing we notice is that they have some discharge from their noses, which seems unusually hot, meaning they most likely have a fever. So, first, let’s wipe the babies’ noses with dry tissues, making sure to wipe them dry. Now try taking the children’s temperature. If our assumptions are correct and the babies have a high fever, then give them medicine. Prepare the mixture and feed it to both babies. Once you’ve completed the medical procedures, you can change clothes and head to the kitchen; the baby is likely hungry by now. Feed the girl first, since she’s a girl, and then you can tend to the boy. After feeding, the babies will play or sleep peacefully. Care for the twins using the mouse.
