At the beginning of the game, your character will find himself in one of the old wards of an abandoned hospital, where everything seems to be filled with some kind of dirt and sludge, but this is not the main thing, as your task is to quickly find a way out and avoid falling into the clutches of a terrible monster or one of the other monsters also inhabiting the walls of the ancient hospital. There’s a door ahead, and it’s likely locked, so the first thing we’ll do after a quick inspection is find the door key. Perhaps you should think twice before opening the door, as you never know what might await you there. Therefore, we recommend immediately after leaving the room, searching for any item that could have been used to fight Granny and the other monsters. If you’re lucky, you might even find a firearm and ammunition, which will significantly increase your chances of surviving and escaping this terrifying place. In the game, use the movement keys (AWSD or arrow keys), change magazines (R), lean around corners (QE), holster your weapon (H), and shoot and aim with the mouse.
