Enter the room, approach the marked location, and place a detector to scan the prisoners for dangerous objects. Set up the first cell. Return to reception. Give the new arrivals clothes and send them to the cell. When the detention period expires, a blue icon will appear next to the prisoner’s head. Enter the cell and bring out the stickman. Go to the table and stamp the release documents. Collect the dropped coins and stars. When the yellow bar at the top fills, you’ll advance to the next level. Open new rooms to expand your territory. Assign an employee to issue documents. There’s a lot of running to do.
