Otherwise, the player will need to try again to complete the task. Rescued people will be transported to a designated point on the game map via a rope, which the player must stretch from the burning building with the people nearby. This can be done using the mouse, avoiding all objects on the playing field to ensure unimpeded movement along the rope.
