If you run out of materials or money, you can always sell your first completed house, even holding an auction. Each buyer will approach you in turn and offer their price. You can either decline, letting the next buyer name the price, or accept the first offer. And don’t forget about upgrades for your builder: they can run even faster, carry heavier loads, and even fight small pests. You can use the mouse in the game.
